Population: Common, sometimes massive species.
Status: Non-endangered game animal.
Habitat: The wild boar's range covers Europe, North America and asignificant part of Asia; it is acclimatized in a number of regions of Northand South America. In Kazakhstan, wild boar is common in suitable landsthroughout the territory, including in the mountains of the south and east ofthe country.
